Last week, my computer was running slowly and I was having trouble with my Outlook. Immediately, I emailed my computer software support company, Fast-teks, and explained my problem. Within hours, they responded with an email telling me that one of the technicians would be in touch with me by the end of the day to schedule a remote checkup for my laptop. Within an hour, a tech called me and we scheduled a time for him to fix my computer the next day.

WOW! Now that is what I call superb customer service. A quick initial response, speedy appointment setup, and a knowledgeable technician made for a great experience.

As small business owners, we need cannot afford to be without our computers. It’s how we make our living. What I love most about Fast-teks is that they understand that. They were there for me when I needed them. That is the kind of relationship that I value. I got the service and expertise I needed to be back in business within 24 hours.
